Medicinal Ingredients (per scoop [approximately 9 g]): Hydrolyzed collagen (Bovine skin/hide split) 8982 mg, Hydrolyzed chicken eggshell membrane (Gallus gallus eggshell membrane) 4.5 mg, Gallus gallus, Chicken (Gallus gallus - bone) 4.5 mg, Bos taurus, Cattle (Bos taurus - bone) 4.5 mg, Hydrolyzed Collagen (Fish - skin) 4.5 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: None.

Adults, stir contents of one scoop into 250 ml of your favorite drink and consume immediately. Take 1 scoop each day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
