Your Privacy Is Important to Codeage.
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.codeage.com or visit our blog at https://blog.codeage.com and all other URLs on the Codeage.com domain (together with the Services, the “Site”).

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal, Amazon Pay, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may also share your Personal Information with third-parties in order to process, service, and track your order(s), as well as to measure and track the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. We also use Intercom to help us provide you with customer support. In particular, we may provide a limited amount of your information (such as sign-up date and some personal information like your email address) to Intercom, Inc. As a data processor acting on our behalf, Intercom analyzes your use of our website and/or product and tracks our relationship by way of cookies and similar technologies so that we can improve our service to you. We use Smile.io to help us manage our customer loyalty rewards program. We may provide a limited amount of your information such as order number, order date, product(s) purchased, and some personal information like your first name, last name, email address, phone number to Smile.io so they can track your orders and provide you with rewards for your loyalty to our Site. We also use Trustpilot to help us request reviews based on your order history. we may provide a limited amount of your information such as order number, order date, product(s) purchased, and some personal information like your first name, last name, email address, phone number to Trustpilot so they can request reviews on our behalf and publish it on their site and/or platforms. We also use Bazaarvoice to help us request reviews based on your order history. we may provide a limited amount of your information such as order number, order date, product(s) purchased, and some personal information like your first name, last name, email address, phone number to Bazaarvoice so they can request reviews on our behalf and publish it on their site and/or platforms and/or connected partners/retailers. We also use MongoDB to help us store information about customers, orders, products, and other research and surveys data when our customers answer questions and/or participate to surveys and other studies in order to provide insights, data analysis, data mining and/or informational education on the usage of our products, behaviorals habits, ingredients benefits and/or other specific information on the Site. We also use Recharge to help us manage and offer a subscription service on our Site. When you buy a product or complete an order on Subscription. we and/or Shopify may provide a limited amount of your information such as order number, order date, product(s) purchased, and some personal information like your first name, last name, email address, phone number to Recharge so we can fulfill your order and help you manage your subscription and payment. If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Information / Personal Data to third parties who intend to license or sell that Personal Information / Personal Data. You can exercise this right by contacting us at support@codeage.com with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account. Please note that we do not currently sell your Personal Information / Personal Data as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
EUROPE
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. When a request for deletion is received, we will process this demand and request your information to be deleted from the different applications that might be connected to our Site which may hold your information. The time these different application(s) will take to process the request may vary depending on several factors including if you have placed an order recently (in order to avoid chargebacks which cannot be documented for example). Information may also be anonymized in order to be able to retain order information for accounting purposes.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
