We are proud to provide a 30 days money-back guarantee to make sure that you are delighted with your order and give you peace of mind at the time of order. Before ordering a product, we invite you to read a detailed explanation of our refund, returns & 30 days money-back guarantee, and their conditions below. It’s essential for us that you are fully aware of how the 30 days money-back guarantee works before placing an order and, how your purchase is covered by our refund & returns policy, and what the limitations are.
Codeage offers products on a single-order basis and on a subscription basis. Our 30 days money-back guarantee covers both differently, as described below.

Returns for Single Orders.
Our policy lasts 30 days. This means that if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The 30 days money-back guarantee covers 1 item per customer. If you order more than 1 item, the 30 days money-back-guarantee will apply to only 1 item of your order.
The 30 days money-back guarantee is offered in order for you to have the opportunity to try a product, see if it is a right fit for you, and if not satisfied, get refunded within 30 days.
If you order several products, then only one can be refunded on that order (you can select which product within your order can be refunded). If you are a new customer, we strongly recommend you order 1 item and try it. If you like it, you can come back for more in the future, and you can make sure the 30-days money-back guarantee covers your purchase. Most of our products offer at least 1 month of servings so you have the necessary time to try it and then come back for more.
The refund policy and money-back guarantee also apply to one order per household (different customers living in the same household cannot request several refunds; only the first order on the 1 item will be refunded per household). This is to avoid that several people ordering different products at the same address and getting refunded partially or all at once. Again, the number of servings per product is sufficient for two or more people to try a product simultaneously.
The 30 days money-back guarantee only covers 1 refund per customer. If you have already requested a refund on a previous order, you will not be eligible for additional refunds on all subsequent orders. Once again, we invite you to order 1 single unit of a product first and see if this works for you before reordering again to avoid getting a request for refund denied.
Importantly, products or items on sales, promotions and/or gift cards are not covered by our 30 days money-back guarantee:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- We will not accept returns for products that are free of charge or that are part of a promotion or special offer (for example, if you use a "Buy 2 Get 1 Free Promotion" or "Buy 1 Get Another product at 50% Off"; you cannot request a refund on these items individually).

Returns for Single Orders of Packs or Bundles.
We can also offer pack and bundle options on some of our products. A pack can consist of 2, 3 or more times the same product and is often offered at a discounted price. If you buy a pack of product and then decide to return it, we will accept that return if no individual bottle and/or item(s) have been opened with 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase of a pack or bundle, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you opened one or more bottle(s) and/or item(s) in the pack and want to return the remaining unopened bottle(s) and/or item(s), we will refund, within 30 days only, the difference between what you paid and what would have been the price of purchasing that single item or these multiple items on a one-time purchase. As an example, if a product price is $50 and a pack of 2 of the same product sells for $75 and you purchase the pack of 2 products for $75 but decide to return the second unopened bottle, we will refund you $25, which is the difference between what it would have cost you to buy 1 bottle only ($50 in this example) and $75 that you have paid. This mechanism is put in place to ensure that customers would not buy a pack in order to return some bottle(s) and/or item(s) and ask the price of the individual item to be the price of the pack divided by the number of bottles and/or items. This is not the case.
Another example would be if an individual product price is $50, a pack of 2 of the same product is $75 and a pack of 3 of the same product is $90. If you buy the pack of 3 products for $90 but return one unopened bottle and/or item, we will refund, within 30 days only, a total of $15. This would be the price you paid $90 minus the price it would have cost you to purchase a pack of 2 products ($75). Similarly, if you were to return 2 unopened bottles and/or items in the same purchase of a pack of 3 of the same products ($90), we would refund $40, which is the difference between what you paid initially ($90) and the price of buying one single bottle and/or item ($50).
We do not provide shipping labels for returns or refunds.
Refunds for Subscribe & Save orders.
Our policy lasts 30 days. This means that if 30 days have gone by since your first subscription order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The 30 days money-back guarantee covers 1 item per customer. If you order more than 1 item, the 30 days money-back-guarantee will apply to only 1 item of your order.
The 30 days money-back guarantee is offered in order for you to have the opportunity to try a product, see if it is a right fit for you, and if not satisfied, get refunded within 30 days and give you the time to cancel your subscription.
If you order several products, then only one can be refunded on that subscribe & save order (you can select which product within your order can be refunded). If you are a new customer, we strongly recommend you order just 1 item and try it. If you like it, you can keep your subscription active in order to automatically receive future orders. You can come back to add more products in the future so you can make sure the 30-days money back guarantee covers your initial purchase. Most of our products offers at least 1 month of servings so you have the necessary time to try it and then decide to keep your subscription or shop for additional products, which won’t be covered by the 30-days money back guarantee.

We will not refund orders after the first order in a subscribe & save order has you have the first order to review your product. You will also receive a notification by email at least 2 days in advance for any upcoming orders so you to be able to review them, change them or cancel them accordingly. If you don’t see this email notification, please check your spam inbox. You can also contact us at any time over the phone or via email to change, suspend or cancel your future subscribe & save order(s).

Additional information on Subscriptions and subscribe & save orders:
You may not use a discount code when ordering a product through a subscription. The discount codes that may be available for a one-time purchase do not apply to subscription purchases.
Cancellation of subscription:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- If a product has already been shipped under your current subscription, you may only cancel for the next planned delivery (for example, you have subscribed to a monthly subscription, and you have received your first order in month 1 and received another product in month 2. You then decide to cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive a product for month 3, but the product on month 2 that has already been shipped out to you will be charged. We do not refund shipped products under any subscription plan after the first 30 days from the initial order day). As described above, you will receive an email notification at least 2 days before your next order is shipped. If you don’t receive those email notifications, please check your spam in your email and make sure to mark those emails as safe, so they properly arrive.
How do I complete my return?
To complete your return, you will need to follow the following steps in order:
- Please contact us via email at support@codeage.com or via phone at 1-856-263-3243. Our team is available from 9am to 5pm PST time Monday to Friday, excluding holidays to initiate your return. This will help our team prepare the necessary activities that need to take place to process your refund.
- Print a receipt or proof of purchase with your name and order number.
- Add this receipt or proof of purchase to your return package, including the product you want to return.
We do our best to process all returns in 7 business days or less from the time we receive your return package.
There are additional situations where refunds are not granted or where the 30 days money-back guarantee does not apply for both one-time orders and subscribe & save orders:
- A full refund will not be provided if the address entered during checkout is incorrect or incomplete. In certain situations, we will then refund the price of the product minus the shipping cost if those goods didn't arrive at destination because of that incorrect information.
Refunds Inspection.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your original payment method depends on the payment method you chose. Still, it is generally between 5-14 business days from the day the refund was issued to your payment method.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement or the payment platform you have used. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your statement. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@codeage.com or via phone at 1-856-263-3243. Our team is available from 9am to 5pm PST time Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@codeage.com or contact us via phone at 1-856-263-3243.
Return Shipping Costs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Free Shipping.
- Free shipping in the United States on regular, one-time orders over $50 after applied credits, coupons, and promotions only.
- Subscribe & Save orders get free shipping in the United States only.
Coupon Codes.
- Coupon codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any Subscribe & Save offers and/or cumulated on special sales and/or promotional events.
- Limit one coupon code per order per Account. Coupon codes generally expire and Coupons and/or discount codes that are not applied at the time of order cannot be retroactively applied to orders. Also, if you have received a coupon and/or discount code that has expired, this coupon and/or discount code can no longer be used after the expiry date.
- The unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or trade of coupon codes is prohibited. Coupon codes are void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Codeage reserves the right to change or limit coupon codes in its sole discretion.
