Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule): 2-(3,4- Dihydroxyphenyl)- 3,5,7-trihydroxy- 4H-1-benzopyran-4-one, Quercetin (Quercetin dihydrate) 16.66 mg, Choline (Phosphatidylcholine) 150 mg, Citrus bioflavonoids (Citrus limon - fruit, Citrus sinensis - fruit, Citrus paradisi – fruit) 16.66 mg, DL-alpha-Lipoic acid (DL-alpha-Lipoic acid) 33.33 mg, Rosa canina, Dog rose (Fruit) 16.66 mg, Sambucus nigra subsp. canadensis, Canadian elder (Edible fruit part) 16.66 mg, Vitamin C, Ascorbic acid (Ascorbic acid) 500 mg, Zinc (Zinc amino acid chelate) 5 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Methylcellulose capsule.

Adults take 1 to 3 capsules once a day. Take with food/meal. Take at least one hour prior to or after taking medication or natural health products.
