Adults 19 years and older take 1 capsule once a day. To ensure an increase of the amount of urine, adequate fluid is required during treatment. Take at least one hour prior to or after taking medication or natural health products.

Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience gastroesophageal reflux. Contra-Indications: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
