Organic Maitake Mushroom Extract (Grifola frondosa; Fruiting Bodies), Organic Cordyceps Mushroom Extract (Cordyceps militaris; Fruiting Bodies), Organic Turkey Tail Mushroom Extract (Trametes versicolor; Fruiting Bodies), Organic Shiitake Mushroom Extract (Lentinula edodes; Fruiting Bodies), Organic Reishi Mushroom Extract (Ganoderma lingzhi; Fruiting Bodies), Organic Chaga Mushroom Extract (Inonotus obliquus; Fruiting Bodies), Organic Phellinus Mushroom Extract (Phellinus linteus; Fruiting Bodies).

Using one tsp, add desired amount of powder to wet or 'treat' food - then mix and feed, or as recommended by a veterinarian. Refer to the dosage chart for suggested serving size, dose can be given at once or split morning and evening. This supplement is intended for dogs of all breeds and sizes with the exception of puppies. For dogs under 12 weeks old, consult veterinarian prior to use. Does not require refrigeration. First time use: Give 1/2 the recommended daily dose. Gradually increase the dose as you see fit.
